PRIZE REGISTRATION:
You are automatically registered for prizes. But, please make sure each person at your table registered individually (some of you paid for an entire table and registered it only under one name.) Each person should register once at on the Registration Form. For prizes, you do not need to be present at the time of drawings to win.

Cancellation Policy:
If more than 60 days out - full refund (less Paypal fee), more than 30 days out - half refund (less Paypal fee), 29 days or less out - no refund unless you find someone to substitute your spot.
